sigmalephtoday's accomplishment was using shortkeys to create a keyboard shortcut for "take the number at the end of this url, add 1, and take me to that url"
this is almost entirely useless since most pages where that is useful will have a "next" button that works fine with extensions like nextpage, I just happened to be using a lot of a website where that behaviour was broken
