my brain has decided that the best possible candidate for my latest character is 'Weaver' (shortened from 'Fateweaver', you see) and uh. no. that's taken.

y'know, Parca is sliiightly too edgy but it still works better

(La Parca is a personification of death, like the Grim Reaper. It's also Spanish for someone who doesn't talk much)

Apparently, there's an actual comic book supervillain called Skitter (https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Skitter_(Earth-616)), which was really confusing for a bit.
