We estimate a global total of 10.2 (95% CI: −47.1 to 17.0) million premature deaths annually attributable to the fossil-fuel component of PM2.5

...am I reading this right? you estimate fossil fuel air pollution kills 10 million people a year but your 95% confidence interval contains the possibility it actually saves 47 million lives instead??

probably I should look at the actual paper rather than just the abstract
