More Pathfinder: Kingmaker posting
Apr. 13th, 2020 12:15 pmthese are the dialog options in that post by feotakahari I referenced earlier:
the fun part being that the lawful good and lawful evil positions are indistinguishable: you are not from one of the "right" species, so die. (I picked lawful neutral, which is apparently allowed to be different from the other two lawful alignments. horseshoe theory in action)
it's curious that my character, who is only sorta human, would talk about "threats to humanity". I wonder if they change that line if you play someone with no human heritage whatsoever, or you still get dwarves and halflings talking about how they need to defend humans specifically? I suppose I'm defending my mostly-human citizens...
Honestly I would half-expect this to be an attempt by the game to guilt you for your moral choices, but I don't think there's a way to get past this quest line that doesn't involve killing a bunch of people? (there's a sort of peaceful resolution option after this point, I've found out, but for some reason the dialog that is supposed to offer it didn't trigger for me and anyway it's locked behind an alignment I don't have)
