there's a bill about warning parents about the dangers of exposing children to 'screens', which supposedly defines them as

a todo dispositivo electrónico (tabletas, teléfonos celulares, videojuegos, computadoras) que utiliza la electricidad para el almacenamiento, transporte y/o transformación de información.

i.e. "Every electronic device that uses electricity for the storage, transport, and/or transformation of information".

There's a parenthetical that implies they are talking about 'tablets, phones, videogames, computers', but per that definition it equally applies to my microwave, fridge, washing machine, electric kettle, and the thermostat that controlled my electric heater back when it was working.
