see the problem is if i call people with superpowers 'parahumans' in my story it's obvious i'm stealing from Wildbow but if I call them 'metahumans' it's obvious I'm stealing from everyone else.

AU where rather than the Arctic and the Antarctic being named, like, 'bears are here' and 'opposite of the place where there are bears', the south pole is Penguinia and the north is Antipenguinia



unfortunately while arctic does come from the greek word for bear it's apparently about, like, constellations, not fauna
